Auugghhh. I knew it would happen. I'm losing momentum. The enormity of the task is wearing me down.
The worst part is that, having done all this work to get ready for some fixing of stuff, now I can't find the fixers. I was delighted to find a plumber easily this week, but my quest for a handyperson and a glazier have both been frustrating, with unreturned emails and phone calls, and being out of people's service areas, and having jobs too small, etc.
Help! Someone say something to keep me on the path!

Go, go, go!
Though, to be fair, you probably don't need to maintain the manic pace you set at the startout.
Are to-do lists helpful? Do you add dates/timelines to them?

Rosa: I've got a to-do list posted here, but I also need to make a more detailed one. Timelines...auughh! Would that help?
The manic pace may be unnecessary but it does make me feel productive. :-)

Don't lose heart.. it's awesome that you've made plans and set them in motion, and you've made good progress in such a short time. If you need to take a wee break to do something fun or relaxing to re-charge, then do that. For me, giving myself periodic treats along the way & removing myself from the project at hand helps me to pace myself and stay motivated, and gives me clearer perspective when I get back on task. Remind yourself of why you're doing it, and of how liberating it will feel to start a fresh chapter of your life without having to lug all that crap that you no longer have use for into your new place.
And besides all that, do it for your adoring fans.. cuz we really do enjoy reading about & voyeuristically experiencing your adventures ;P
