Don't feel so bad, we have 51 items on our house to-do list so far (and have only completed 3 or so).

dbs:

I'm sure you're getting tons of suggestions, but don't bother mulching until you really need to show the house. Doing it in late summer doesn't make much sense, do it in the spring when it looks best.

GRavel walkways are tricky. Probably waiting until spring for that as well makes sense. I always find myself shovelling gravel off the walkway into the grass :(

By the way, if you want in-house help or just company during projects, lemme know. I always work better with friends around.
