replacing tile?

The other bathroom needs work, too. First order of business is to fix the floor -- several of the tiles are cracked and chipped.

I'd love to simply replace the problematic tiles rather than retile the whole thing. (I think.) But we haven't seen tiles like this anywhere. Anyone recognize these, or know of a place that might be able to replace obscure tile patterns? (These tiles are about 2x2 inches.)

Or would it just be easier to start from scratch with new tiles?
